How do you offer such inexpensive prices?
With a business like ours we connect directly with the manufacturers, certify and warranty the product, and then ship directly to you, saving you %70-%90 of its usual retail cost which comes from branding, warehousing and other large-business expenses! This is the new era of E-commerce, buy direct!
What if i want another type of screen, or different size screen?
Although we don’t have our custom packages on our website yet, we do have both Matte White and Glass Bead Screens. Glass bead screens refract light at a very high level, allowing for some ambient light in the room without affecting picture quality too greatly. Matte white screens are better for rooms with total darkness. As for size, we supply 72”, 84, 100” and some bigger sizes, although we don’t recommend going over 100” for picture quality reasons. We also have tripod and fixed frame screens.
What happens after I place an order?
After an order is placed, we process your payment and professionally pack the package. When the package is ready, UPS picks it up and ships it directly to your door via their express service taking 2-3 days. Please provide your contact number so they can reach you!
What happens if my projector breaks down?
There is a 1 year warranty on the projector, and a six month warranty on the bulbs! If there are any problems with the projector, just send it to us, we will fix or replace it and send it back to you!
What is the throw distance neccesary between this projector and the screen?
The throw distance should be around 10-12 feet
Do you sell replacement bulbs?
Yes we do, just contact us if you need one! However, we have prepared our package with two extra bulbs in addition to the one already in the projector so that having to get another one after the three bulbs have burned is very unlikely, as each bulb last 3000-6000 hrs each! If you use it that much, send us the burned bulbs and we will send you a new one for free!
Do you sell these outside of the US and Canada? I’m in the UK and I’m interested, will the voltage/plugs work?
Yes, we have a package specifically catered for European audiences; when anyone orders from around the world, we know their voltage whether 110v or 240v and send them the appropriate projector/plugs to meet their countries requirements!
Was looking to buy your home theater package. Is the projector cooled with fans and how long would you be able to run projector before being in danger of over heating?
Our projector is equipped with multiple cooling fans operating quietly thanks to LCD technology, and has an automatic shutdown function if the projector ever reaches a dangerous heat, so there is no worry about it overheating!
Do you supply home theater surround sound systems?
